My son was struggling and not keeping up in school. At the same time my mom was sick and I felt like I was being pulled in so many directions and was so overwhelmed. I knew I needed a change. Dr. Radha was super sweet and gave me the guidance I needed to move forward out of a very hard time for my family.

Sometimes you just need someone to get you out of a funk. Thanks Dr.Radha! I love conscious parenting because it helped me communicate so much better with my kids (11 and 6) and also showed me how to let go of some deep resentments in from my own past.

Dr Radha is so brilliant! She’s funny and cool and I feel like she makes therapy fun. She has these big warm eyes and they draw you right in! We struggled alot during our divorce and she helped me immensely. In each session I grew more confident in myself that I could navigate my kids through all of those hard moments. I’m forever grateful.

Sisters! You can’t do it all by yourself!
👉🏽 First be realistic about your expectations and the family schedule.
👊🏽 Then get the kids involved- INSOURCE IT- not only with their stuff, but also pitching in with household meals and chores.
🤙🏽 Finally, (this is the hard part) learn to go with the flow when 💩 hits the fan.
It’s very hard not to jump in and takeover or just give up. That’s what Queen Parenting is all about. How do handle those difficult, confusing, super stressy moments.
Allow your kids to fail foreward, grow and learn through the hard moments. Short-term it’s hard but long-term it will pay off and get easier!
I offer support in QPM through this crazy transition from baby to big kids. As a doctor and coach my expertise in parenting comes from years of deep work, study, and clinical experience. Just ask my two teens- just kidding don’t do that because you’ll get an 🙄🙄
Dm me “Insource” and I’ll get you the pricing for my QPM intensive 1:1. ***NEW for 2026🎉***I’m now doing a cozy small group format at 1/4 the price. Bring a friend or come and make new ones. Snag a spot on the waitlist 🥳🎉
Reminder that all sessions are on Zoom (in your PJs)

None of this is easy! Parenting is very challenging. If you’re out here trying to learn and grow, you are already a step ahead of most people. Give yourself some credit and some grace. Take it easy, guys 💜

Raising kids is so confusing.
We don’t use judgments and labels to be mean on purpose. That’s just how we make sense of things sometimes.
But labesl can be damaging. Even the nice ones!
I know I was labeled as a “good girl” early on and even that has been hard to shake. I’m often hard on myself and find it difficult to be vulnerable and make mistakes.
This school year, lean away from judgy language and who knows, maybe your kids will surprise you!

Let the kids get it out of their system. Let them babble nonsense. Let them ignore you and be grumpy.
For 2 minutes- quiet your inner anxiety and take a deep breath and let them lead the interaction.
Especially during transition times like early morning, bedtime, or right before they start homework.
Then, after they get it out, you can bring out the scheduling vibes.
It’s a challenge to not get swept away in the busy stress of the school year but these little tweaks can help the day go smooth.

Visiting gorgeous, magical Seoul with my family and exploring my husband’s roots. (Omg the food 🤤)
It’s reminding me that oceans and borders may separate us, but so many women inherit the same stories:
Be good. Be pleasing. Be quiet.
I’m so proud of us, of our generation. Always talking, sharing, evolving, building self-awareness, and writing a whole new narrative for our kids. ❤️

DM “CONNECT”
Turns out… we don’t have to create our dream vision board family in order for our kids to become capable, confident humans.
But what we DO need is a way to tell them what we need clearly… without creating a ton of resistance.
I bet you’re ready to hear “Mom, I already handled it!”

DM “FIXER” if this sounds a little too familiar 😳 and I’ll send you more real-life examples of the Fixer mom archetype… along with how to start letting it go.
😅 Believe me, I’m a lifelong Fixer too. I get it.
Yes, your kids absolutely need responsibility, resilience, and accountability.
But they also deserve something many of us never got growing up:
The ability to rest, struggle, fail, and simply exist without guilt or shame attached to it.
